Canmore is an incredible place to experience the nature of the Rocky Mountains and be part of an open hearted community.
As a visitor to Canmore we hope to share with you the gems of the town and the rich opportunities awaiting someone new to the mountains. We hope that this gives you a bit of connection while you are here and enriches your stay in Canmore.
WHERE TO STAY
Silver Creek
Silver Creek has incredible rooms that are more like a mountain chalet than a hotel. The Bodhi Tree Spa is located in the hotel, if you want to book a massage, soak in the tubs or treat yourself to a pedicure before class.

Communitea Cafe
Community has amazing lunch options with great coffee. It also has live music some nights and the owner will most likely be there to chat with you about things happening in town.

EXPERIENCE THE MOUNTAINS
If you are interested in an adventure you could hire a local ACMG (Association of Canadian Mountain Guides) guide and try ice climbing, rock climbing or experience a full day in the alpine. Get into the mountains with a very experienced person to lead the way. John and Sarah are our good friends and two of the most dedicated guides in the area.
