Kundalini Yoga - Understanding The Chakras With Cecile Kessler

Class Description: These 8 sessions will focus on the Chakra Basics.
Chakra means 'wheel'. They are dynamic energy centres, or vortices.

Each week we will focus on a new chakra, a new theme, and explore practices linked to the organs and the dynamic interplay of the energetic connections that exist.

Kundalini Yoga is a dynamic system combining breathing, movement, stretching, postures, meditation, the use of sound and rhythm, relaxation and meditation to experience our innate wisdom and joy. Each class includes pranayama, a sequence of postures for specific effects, relaxation and meditation. Kundalini Yoga is a complete technology for transforming the body, mind and soul and is open to all abilities. Accept where you are now and enjoy yourself. Love what you are doing at this very moment, you are always moving and improving. Enjoy the process. Your body and soul will love you for it!

Seva: 10% of the revenue of this class will be given to the Bow Valley Food
Bank which offers emergency food assistance to residents of the Bow Valley.
What is Seva? Seva is an attitude as much as it is an action. Seva is selfless service,  it is approaching the world around you from the perspective of "what can I provide to uplift these people, this place?"

This series will help repair and release the back, gently strengthen the
core and help us re-learn being deeply at ease in the body. We will take a
new look on yoga postures and our approach to strengthening and relaxing our

Yoga/Ballet Fusion - Provided By Former Alberta Ballet

Vijnana yoga and Tensegrity Back Repair

Mom and Baby Yoga

Class Description: Join us for a mindful practice to rebuild strength in your pelvic floor and deep core. Work out all of those new wrist, elbow and shoulder kinks as your body adapts to caring for your baby and realigns post-pregnancy. We will practice connecting within,baby nearby, to nurture strength and peace of mind for new mamas easing the transition to motherhood.

This class is designed for mamas who are within 6-7 months post-natal. Ideally, babies are pre-crawlers. Please contact us if you are unsure if this class is appropriate for you.

Kids Yoga

Duration: 5 Week Sessions Fridays
Session 1: January 20th - February 17th
Session 2: March 2nd - march 30th
Time: 3:00pm-3:45pm (Ages 4-6)
4:00pm - 4:45pm (Agest 7-10)
Cost: $60/5 week session
Drop-in: $14/class

Class Description: Traditional asanas will be taught by Monique Limoges for kids with play in mind. Balance, flexibility, and breath control will be disguished with songs and games. We will explore the world of yoga filled with jungle animals, space exploration and rainbows.
