I came across this quote in a page a day calendar I had years ago and it had been on my fridge ever since. I'd like to thank Nicole and Julie for giving me a chance to teach and my colleagues at the Yoga Lounge for their energy and support. I'd like to thank Rameem Peyrow, Jeff and Harmony Lichty, Mark Darby and the all the other teachers I've been exposed to, whether it was for a workshop or 1 class. I'd like to thank the practitioners at the Yoga Lounge for being maybe the best teachers of all.
