I would like to begin by offering my sincere thanks to all my teachers along the way. Their own practice, diligence and teachings have enabled me to grow on this path of yoga.

Everyday I am thankful to have yoga in my life. It has been said that yoga is India's greatest gift to the rest of the world. I believe this to be true.

My direct senior teachers are certified ashtanga yoga teacher, Paul Dallaghan and master of pranayama, O.P. Tiwari. Studying under their tutillage has been an absolute gift and has offered me great insight, which I try to pass on to others in a traditional way maintaining the authentic teachings.

For me, this entire practice is about building awareness and becoming conscious that I am part of a greater whole. My interest in yoga arose from an interest, passion and amazement in the natural world and the outdoors. Yoga became an instinctive development from my studies in Earth and Ocean Science while earning my Bsc. at the University of Victoria.

From the very first ashtanga yoga class I attended, I knew that one day I would teach. Since then I have gradually focused on the development and refinement of my own practice to come to the place where I am today.

Lokaa Samasthaa Sukhino Bhavanthu - May all beings everywhere be happy and free.
