Yoga first became an important part of my life 15 years ago while loving and studying abroad in Australia. I soon realized I wanted to share my love of Yoga with others and delved into teacher training beginning in 2014, and have continued my training to present. Yoga propelled my love of wellness and travel, taking me all over the world to places like India, Peru, Costa Rica, Bahamas, Mexico and Thailand to discover new practices, teachers, and experiences that continue my Yoga education.
In my classes, I love to share my passion for Yoga and music with others by creating playlists to help the practitioner to become better connected with their breath and the asanas, as well as bringing the mind to be present during the practice. I strive to challenge the practitioners, never teaching the same class twice, and teaching them to listen to their bodies in order to find the edges of their practice and own personal limits. There will be lots of smiles, inward focus, and most importantly, breath.
