Fourth Annual - 108 Sun Salutations!

Thank you to everyone who participated in the Fourth Annual 108 Sun Salutations!

This year was a great success! We had over fifty people in the room practicing and we raised close to four thousand dollars for the dZi Foundation, One International and the Bow Valley Food Bank!

Thank you to all the participants who raised money and shared in the practice. This year a Yoga Lounge twenty pass went out to Elizabeth Withey from Edmonton who raised the most money for our charities.

Thank you to E.J. and Trevor for the inspiring music and beats! Thanks to Kristen for rounding up the great prizes and to Lydia, Sarah, Julie and Erin for making it run smoothly. (Thanks also to Ward for bringing his camera and to Jason and Lorna for bringing some healthy fudge)!
